From the Home page simply select Search for Venues/Services. Customize your selection by adding in the dates, desired time and the number of guests. You can even go further on and pick up the distance within your house and the rating. Pick up a desired location and sign in to discuss any details with the vendors. Once you have decided on a place, select your desired location, book and pay.
Of course, our platform is simple and easy to use and it allows you not only to book multiple venues, but also to add preferred locations to a wish list, send enquiries to vendors you are interested in and even schedule an appointment with a vendor to talk in more detail about the location and what you would need for the perfect event.
iBookedIn allows you to see bookings that have been confirmed, paid, cancelled, rejected, approved by the vendor or in progress. You can simply select any category and decide what would you like to do further on.
iBookedIn offers you the option to schedule an online appointment with your vendor so that you can arrange a suitable time to visit the venue. Alternatively, if the venue is not located in your town, you can always request more pictures and details about your chosen location.
The platform allows you to send an enquiry to the vendors and ask about their personal booking policies. Because each type of venue and event is different and because they have different booking requirements, we cannot provide a standard estimate for how many days in advance you have to book a venue.
Of course, just select the venue you want to cancel, from the Bookings menu and cancel it. An automatic message will be sent to the vendor to let them know that you do not wish to continue with the booking process. It is advisable to discuss the cancellation with the vendor beforehand, abide by their cancellation policy and of course confirm the cancellation with the venue afterwards.
It depends on each individual vendor. We strongly encourage clients to discuss all the details of the contract through an appointment before hiring any location.

iBookedIn does not facilitate direct payments between the clients and the vendors. Please contact your venue vendor and ask them for their preferred method of payment.
The price will be shown next to the location and will depend on the time of the year and the type of event to be held at the location. We aim to get vendors to price their venues as accurately as possible. The venue vendors have the option to provide a general price, a price range for peak days (e.g. for weekend, Christmas, New Year) and custom prices for special events (e.g. weddings, exhibitions).
Each individual vendor will have a separate booking policy. Some of the vendors will list it within the description section. Please get in touch with the vendor through the Enquiry/Appointments section of the menu to find out a bit more about their requirements.
First, register and log in into iBookedIn. Go into the Venues section of the Menu and fill in the details of your venue/s. You will be asked to provide a venue name, location, a short description (up to 500 words) as well as the days when it is available, the capacity and the price. After all the details are complete, the venue/s will be automatically listed and the clients will be able to see it immediately on the website. You can always edit, add more venues or delete any of the current ones.
